All items are always genuine and brand new, unless otherwise indicated (for example vinyl records).
Money Back Guarantee We will always refund your purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be in their original condition. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization so we can process your return. If the problem is a result of our error, we will pay the return freight.
Missing Items We can't be responsible for not-insured items lost in the mail. Insurance is optional and always STRONGLY recommended. Insurance fees start from $2.00 for up to $50.00 coverage. Please contact Customer Service at for detailed insurance quotes.
